Must be passionate about food and beverage and dedicated to providing unparalleled hospitality to all of our guests.
Responsible for coordinating an entire station and communicating with front and back of the house personnel to provide a dining experience that satisfies guest. Takes personal responsibility of the entire guest experience.
Greet Guests and present with menu.
Inform guests of specials and menu changes, making suggestions and answering questions regarding food, beverages and service.
Take orders from guests, relay to kitchen and bartender as appropriate.
Serve courses from the kitchen and service areas promptly ensuring accuracy of order.
Observe diners to ensure that guests are satisfied with food and service. Respond to any additional requests and determine when the meal has been completed.
Total bill, present and accept payment.
Perform assigned sidework before and after shift.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to work weekends and all major holidays.
Must have extensive knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
Must have 2-3 years prior fine dining experience.
High degree of service orientation, positive attitude and ability to multi-task.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Must be dependable and reliable.
Outstanding people skills.
